Oreo Cake Balls

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 24 servings 1x
  • Diet: Vegetarian

Description

Cool, creamy, and chocolatey no-bake dessert that’s perfect for quick sweet fixes and crowd-pleasing at any event.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreos (any flavor)
  • 4 oz softened cream cheese
  • 10 oz white candy melts (Ghirardelli brand recommended)
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for thinning the candy melts)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreos in a food processor or zip-top bag until they form fine crumbs.
  2. In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until a dough-like mixture forms.
  3. Scoop out portions and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white candy melts, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add heavy cream if too thick.
  6. Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy, tapping off excess before placing back on the baking sheet.
  7. Chill for 15-20 minutes until the coating is set.
  8. For an extra touch, drizzle with additional melted candy or sprinkle toppings as desired.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. Can freeze for longer storage.
