Ingredients
Scale
- 24 Oreos (any flavor)
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 10 oz white candy melts (Ghirardelli brand recommended)
- 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for thinning the candy melts)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreos in a food processor or zip-top bag until they form fine crumbs.
- In a bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs and softened cream cheese until a dough-like mixture forms.
- Scoop out portions and roll into 1-inch balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white candy melts, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Add heavy cream if too thick.
- Dip each chilled ball into the melted candy, tapping off excess before placing back on the baking sheet.
- Chill for 15-20 minutes until the coating is set.
- For an extra touch, drizzle with additional melted candy or sprinkle toppings as desired.
