Description

A delightful dessert that combines chocolate cake with the classic taste of Oreos. Simple to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies
  • 1 box of chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 cup of butter (melted)
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 container of whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush half of the Oreo cookies and spread them evenly in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, melted butter, and milk. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Pour the cake batter over the layer of crushed Oreos in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining crushed Oreos on top of the batter.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cake is set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Allow the cake to cool slightly before serving and top with whipped topping.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped topping or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with chocolate sauce or caramel for a special touch. Store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days, or freeze for later enjoyment.
