- 1/2 cup of chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup of butter, melted
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
- Fold in the crushed Oreos and chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into a greased skillet or baking dish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the edges are golden and the center remains gooey.
- Cool slightly before serving, then top with scoops of vanilla ice cream and enjoy!
