- 160 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 3 tablespoons neutral oil (such as vegetable or sunflower oil)
- A pinch of salt
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped
- 4 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mix (optional, for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, oil, and eggs until combined.
- Gradually add flour and milk, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
- Pour the batter onto a lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
- Scatter the chopped apples over the top and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
- Slice into 9 pieces and enjoy warm!
Notes
For a dairy-free version, swap milk with almond or oat milk. Whole wheat flour can be used for a healthier option.
