  • 4 tablespoons cinnamon sugar mix (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together sugar, salt, oil, and eggs until combined.
  3. Gradually add flour and milk, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  4. Pour the batter onto a lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  5. Scatter the chopped apples over the top and bake for about 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving.
