- 1 large egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined—be careful not to overmix.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside.
