Ingredients

  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, egg, and bread crumbs in a large bowl.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
