- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Combine the ground beef, onion, garlic, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, egg, and bread crumbs in a large bowl.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown on the outside.
- Serve with your favorite sauce, whether it’s marinara, BBQ, or a delicious homemade gravy.

For a healthier option, substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef and adjust baking times accordingly.
