  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, ends trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or spray with cooking oil.
  2. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, minced garlic, parmesan, and seasonings until evenly coated. Spread on one side of the sheet pan.
  3. Bake the potatoes for about 10-15 minutes.

  5. Add the chicken to the pan after the potatoes’ initial baking time.
