- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and trim the green beans, removing any tough ends.
- In a large bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the green beans in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the oven for 15-20 minutes until they’re tender and have begun to crisp up.
- Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of lemon juice if you’re using it.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
