Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked cubed chicken breast
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • ½ cup slivered almonds
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, diced celery, slivered almonds, salt, pepper, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Stir everything together until well combined.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Top with the crushed potato chips.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
