Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this dry mix to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until fully combined.
- Prepare the brownie mix in a separate bowl according to package instructions.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop spoonfuls of both the peanut butter dough and the brownie batter. Use a toothpick to swirl them together.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are set and slightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
