  • Optional: Red pepper flakes for extra heat
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  2. Combine the cheeses in a medium bowl, mixing together the mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan until well incorporated.
  3. Add Italian seasoning and garlic powder, and toss in red pepper flakes if desired.
  4. Arrange the pepperoni on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, leaving a small gap between each slice.
  5. Top each pepperoni slice with a generous sprinkling of the cheese mixture.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly, melted, and lightly golden brown.
