- Butter (for spreading)
Instructions
- Start by spreading butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, spread the pesto evenly.
- Layer your cheese slices on top of the pesto.
- Place the second slice of bread on top, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwich until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Once the cheese has melted and both sides are nicely browned, remove from the skillet, slice, and enjoy!
