- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup pink frosting or melted white chocolate dyed pink
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let it cool completely in the pan. Spread the pink frosting or melted chocolate on top.
- Sprinkle sweetened shredded coconut over the frosting.
- Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut oil instead of butter. To keep bars fresh, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerate for a week, or freeze for up to 3 months.
