Ingredients

- 2 pounds of boneless beef (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cup of beef broth
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 packet of gravy mix (your choice of flavor)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- Optional: fresh herbs (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef pieces and season with salt and pepper; brown the beef on all sides.
- Once browned, remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Pour in the Worcestershire sauce and beef broth, scraping up any bits from the skillet.
- Return the beef to the skillet and add the gravy mix; stir well to combine.
- Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cover. Cook for 30-40 minutes until beef is tender.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Serve over rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles for a complete meal. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days in the refrigerator or frozen for up to three months.
