A delightful twist on traditional pizza, these pizza roll-ups are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 20 small tortillas (about 5-inches wide)
- 14 oz pizza sauce
- 24 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 80 slices pepperoni
- 1 tbsp cooking oil (for greasing)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.
- Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a little space at the edges.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
- Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt over the fillings.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with a little more oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
Notes
For variation, swap pepperoni for veggies or different types of cheese. Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.
