Description

A delightful twist on traditional pizza, these pizza roll-ups are easy to make and perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 20 small tortillas (about 5-inches wide)
  • 14 oz pizza sauce
  • 24 oz mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 80 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil (for greasing)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking sheet with cooking oil.
  2. Lay out the tortillas on a flat surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each tortilla, leaving a little space at the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously on top of the sauce.
  5. Layer pepperoni slices over the cheese.
  6. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt over the fillings.
  7. Roll up each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Brush the tops with a little more oil.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  10. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.

Notes

For variation, swap pepperoni for veggies or different types of cheese. Serve with extra pizza sauce or ranch for dipping.
