- 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
- Garlic salt, to taste
- Italian seasoning, to taste
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
- Marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
- Dust a clean, large surface with flour and roll out each pizza crust.
- Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning on the crusts evenly.
- Place the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on the crusts, then add the chopped pepperoni, spreading toppings within ½ inch of the edges.
- Starting from a short end, roll each crust tightly into a log.
- Using a serrated knife or pizza cutter, slice each roll into 1-inch sections.
- Place the pizza rolls on a lightly greased pan and pop them in the oven.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
- Serve them hot with marinara sauce for dipping!
Notes
Pairs well with salad or different dipping sauces like ranch or alfredo. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
