Description

Delicious, cheesy pizza rolls that are easy to make and perfect for any occasion, from movie nights to game days.


Ingredients

  • 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
  • Garlic salt, to taste
  • Italian seasoning, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C).
  2. Dust a clean, large surface with flour and roll out each pizza crust.
  3. Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning on the crusts evenly.
  4. Place the shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on the crusts, then add the chopped pepperoni, spreading toppings within ½ inch of the edges.
  5. Starting from a short end, roll each crust tightly into a log.
  6. Using a serrated knife or pizza cutter, slice each roll into 1-inch sections.
  7. Place the pizza rolls on a lightly greased pan and pop them in the oven.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until they’re golden brown.
  9. Serve them hot with marinara sauce for dipping!

Notes

Pairs well with salad or different dipping sauces like ranch or alfredo. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
