Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzels, crushed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and milk to create a creamy sauce.
  3. Season your chicken breasts with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat it with crushed pretzels.
  5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Transfer the fried chicken to a baking dish and pour the mustard sauce over the top.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
