- 2 cups pretzels, crushed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the Dijon mustard and milk to create a creamy sauce.
- Season your chicken breasts with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip it into the beaten eggs, and coat it with crushed pretzels.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the fried chicken to a baking dish and pour the mustard sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken.
