Instructions
- Prepare the melon by cutting it into bite-sized cubes and setting them aside.
- Assemble the skewers by alternating pieces of melon and slices of prosciutto. Optionally add a fresh basil leaf between layers.
- Serve the skewers on a platter, drizzling with olive oil and balsamic vinegar if desired. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
