- 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
- 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix (sugar-free, 11g)
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)
- 3 whole vanilla wafers (sugar-free recommended, 14g, crushed)
- 0.5 whole medium banana (sliced, 60g)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and banana cream pudding mix. Mix well until you have a smooth consistency.
- Gradually add almond milk to the mixture, ensuring it reaches a creamy pudding consistency.
- Crush the vanilla wafers and slice the bananas to prepare for layering.
- In a jar, start with a layer of the pudding mix, followed by a layer of crushed wafers, and then a layer of banana slices. Repeat this process to create two layers.
- For the best flavor and texture, chill the assembled pudding jar in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.
