  • Diet: High Protein

Description

A delightful and nutritious treat combining Greek yogurt, banana, and vanilla for a high-protein dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 0.67 cup non-fat Greek yogurt (150g)
  • 0.33 cup whey vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 4 teaspoons banana cream flavor instant pudding mix (sugar-free, 11g)
  • 2 teaspoons unsweetened almond milk (10ml)
  • 3 whole vanilla wafers (sugar-free recommended, 14g, crushed)
  • 0.5 whole medium banana (sliced, 60g)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and banana cream pudding mix. Mix well until you have a smooth consistency.
  2. Gradually add almond milk to the mixture, ensuring it reaches a creamy pudding consistency.
  3. Crush the vanilla wafers and slice the bananas to prepare for layering.
  4. In a jar, start with a layer of the pudding mix, followed by a layer of crushed wafers, and then a layer of banana slices. Repeat this process to create two layers.
  5. For the best flavor and texture, chill the assembled pudding jar in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For serving, consider adding a dollop of whipped cream and serving alongside fresh berries or nuts. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
