Ingredients

Scale
  • ⅔ cup Non-fat Greek Yogurt (150g)
  • ⅓ cup Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (30g)
  • 4 tsp Banana Cream Flavor Instant Pudding Mix (11g, Sugar-free)
  • 2 tsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (10ml)
  • 34 crushed Vanilla Wafers (14g, Sugar-Free recommended)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, whey protein powder, banana pudding mix, and almond milk until smooth.
  2. Gradually add almond milk until you achieve a pudding-like consistency.
  3. Take a jar and begin layering: start with a layer of pudding, followed by crushed vanilla wafers and banana slices.
  4. Repeat for a total of two layers of each component.

Notes

For an even creamier texture, whip the Greek yogurt before mixing. For added sweetness, consider adding stevia or honey.
