- 400 g puff pastry (store-bought or homemade)
- 20 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 30 g melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
- Use a knife or cookie cutter to slice the pastry into desired shapes—squares or circles.
- Melt the butter and gently brush it over the pastry pieces.
- Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the buttered pastry.
- Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Enjoy warm, straight from the oven.
