Description

Ingredients

  • 30 g melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry until it’s about ¼ inch thick.
  3. Use a knife or cookie cutter to slice the pastry into desired shapes—squares or circles.
  4. Melt the butter and gently brush it over the pastry pieces.
  5. Chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the buttered pastry.
  6. Place the pastries on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  7. Enjoy warm, straight from the oven.
