Description

Delightful blend of creamy pumpkin flavor and rich white chocolate, perfect for fall gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional for melting chocolate)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
  2. Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs, stirring until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
  5. Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return them to the baking sheet.
  7. Chill the truffles in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer taste, substitute white chocolate with dark chocolate or use dairy-free chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
