- 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional for melting chocolate)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend until smooth.
- Incorporate the graham cracker crumbs, stirring until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes, or until firm to the touch.
- Melt the white chocolate with coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return them to the baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator until the chocolate is set.

Notes
For a richer taste, substitute white chocolate with dark chocolate or use dairy-free chocolate. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
