Description
A creamy and indulgent pumpkin cream cold foam that pairs perfectly with cold brew coffee, perfect for fall mornings.
Ingredients

- 1/4 cup milk of choice (unsweetened almond, oat, skim, or cashew)
- 2 tbsp pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1–2 tsp maple syrup or sweetener of choice (stevia or monk fruit)
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: a pinch of cinnamon for dusting
- 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee
- 2 cups cold water
Instructions
- Combine the coarsely ground coffee and cold water in a jar or French press. Let it steep in the fridge for 12 to 18 hours, then strain it.
- In a blender, blend together the unsweetened milk, pumpkin purée, sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract until frothy. This should take about 15 to 20 seconds.
- Fill a tall glass with ice and pour in the freshly made cold brew.
- Spoon the pumpkin foam generously over the coffee.
- Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top if desired.
Notes
You can store the pumpkin foam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Cold brew can be prepared in larger batches and stored in the fridge for up to a week.
