Description
A delicious homemade Pumpkin Syrup that adds a sweet and spicy kick to your coffee and can be used in various recipes.

			- 1 cup water
 - 1 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
 
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup granulated sugar.
 - Stir the mixture until the sugar is completely dissolved.
 - Add 1/2 cup pumpkin puree and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice to the saucepan.
 - Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
 - Cook the syrup for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking.
 - After 10 minutes, remove the saucepan from heat.
 - Stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and let the mixture cool.
 - Once cooled, strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any solids.
 - Store the syrup in a clean jar or container in the refrigerator.
