A creamy blend of feta, pumpkin, and thyme, perfect as a fall appetizer.
Ingredients

- 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey (adjust for sweetness)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Black pepper (freshly cracked, to taste)
- Fresh thyme, for garnish
- Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
- Extra honey drizzle, for serving
- Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette) or crackers
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth.
- Add the pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl, cover, and chill in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
- Serve the dip in a large bowl, garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey drizzle, and extra pepper.
- Enjoy with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
