A creamy and savory dip that combines pumpkin with feta cheese, perfect for fall gatherings.
Ingredients

- 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
- 1–2 Tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
- Black pepper (freshly cracked)
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Chopped walnuts (optional)
- Extra honey for drizzling
- Crusty toasted bread or crackers for serving
Instructions
- In a food processor, add the drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Incorporate pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and black pepper into the food processor. Blend until well combined.
- Cover the whipped feta dip and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes.
- Once chilled, transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Garnish with walnuts, fresh thyme, honey, and more black pepper if desired.
- Serve with crusty toasted bread or an assortment of crackers for dipping.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-5 days. Stir well before serving.
