A creamy and tangy dip made with pumpkin and feta cheese, perfect for gatherings and parties.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz block of feta cheese, drained from brine
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree (unsweetened)
  • 12 Tbsp honey (plus more, to serve)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or 2 tsp fresh thyme)
  • Black pepper (freshly cracked)
  • Chopped walnuts (optional; raw or toasted)
  • Crusty, toasted bread (like sourdough or baguette)
  • Crackers

Instructions

  1. Add the drained feta cheese and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the pumpkin puree, honey, dried thyme, and black pepper to the food processor. Blend again until combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes.
  4. Serve in a large bowl, garnished with walnuts, fresh thyme, and honey drizzle. Enjoy with crusty bread or crackers.

Notes

For extra richness, add more Greek yogurt or a splash of heavy cream. Can use fresh herbs or adjust sweetness to personal taste.
