Description

  • 1 tablespoon Honey or Sugar (optional)

  • Mix-Ins (such as herbs or cheese to personalize)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
  2. Pour in the warm water and add sugar or honey if using.
  3. Stir until a shaggy dough forms. No kneading required!
  4. Cover the bowl with a dish towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  6. Transfer the risen dough to a floured surface and shape it into a loaf or rolls.
  7. Place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan, optionally sprinkle with herbs or add cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

For extra crunch, place a small pan of water in the oven while baking for steam. Experiment with spices and cheese for added flavor.
