- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Instant Yeast
- 1.5 cups Warm Water (around 110°F / 43°C)
- 1 tablespoon Honey or Sugar (optional)
- Gluten-Free Flour Blend (if needed)
- Mix-Ins (such as herbs or cheese to personalize)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and instant yeast. Mix well.
- Pour in the warm water and add sugar or honey if using.
- Stir until a shaggy dough forms. No kneading required!
- Cover the bowl with a dish towel or plastic wrap and let it rise for about 30 minutes until doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Transfer the risen dough to a floured surface and shape it into a loaf or rolls.
- Place it on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan, optionally sprinkle with herbs or add cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
For extra crunch, place a small pan of water in the oven while baking for steam. Experiment with spices and cheese for added flavor.
