Description

An easy no-bake snack combining the nostalgic flavors of strawberry shortcake with the playful crunch of Puppy Chow.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set it aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth.
  3. Mix in the vanilla extract until well blended.
  4. Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex, gently stirring to ensure every piece is coated.
  5. In another bowl, combine powdered sugar and freeze-dried strawberries.
  6. Add the coated cereal to the sugar-strawberry mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  7. Spread the Puppy Chow on a baking sheet to cool before indulging!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Experiment with flavored peanut butters for unique twists.
