An easy no-bake snack combining the nostalgic flavors of strawberry shortcake with the playful crunch of Puppy Chow.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex cereal and set it aside.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the vanilla extract until well blended.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Rice Chex, gently stirring to ensure every piece is coated.
- In another bowl, combine powdered sugar and freeze-dried strawberries.
- Add the coated cereal to the sugar-strawberry mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Spread the Puppy Chow on a baking sheet to cool before indulging!
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for longer storage. Experiment with flavored peanut butters for unique twists.
