  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter, for brushing
  • Parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm milk. Add the sugar and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes foamy.
  2. Mix in the melted butter and egg until well combined.
  3. Gradually stir in the flour, minced garlic, and salt until a dough begins to form.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
