- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with olive oil and ranch seasoning mix. Stir well to coat.
- Spread the seasoned chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving, and then enjoy your healthy snack!
Notes
For variations, try using garlic-infused olive oil or adding a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before the end of baking.
