			- 1 head of cauliflower
 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
 - Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a bowl.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika if using.
 - Toss the florets until evenly coated.
 - Place the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
 - Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and tender.
 - In the last 5 minutes of roasting, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower and return to the oven until the cheese is crispy.
 - Serve warm as a side dish.
 
Notes
Cut florets evenly for even roasting. Don’t overcrowd the pan to avoid steaming. Experiment with spices for a unique flavor.
