Description

A delicious and easy-to-make stuffed chicken filled with creamy cheese and vibrant spinach, inspired by Ruth’s Chris Steak House.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until combined.
  3. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring not to slice all the way through.
  4. Stuff each breast evenly with the prepared cheese and spinach mixture.
  5. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each stuffed chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until they’re golden brown.
  6. Transfer them to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Feel free to use low-fat cream cheese or substitute with a dairy-free alternative if desired.
