Salmon fillets

Main dish for 4 persons

4 salmon fillets

Olive oil, vegetable spice

For the sauce:

Olive oil, lemon peel, lemon juice

Garlic, parsley

 

Preparation:

Rub the filets with vegetable spice and leave it for 1 hour

Fry filets into olive oil on both sides.

Sauce: Add lemon peel, lemon juice and garlic into olive oil. Leave it on heat for a while and in the end add chopped parsley.

Pour sauce on top of salmon filets and serve it with potatoes on serving dish.

This recipe goes well with white wine.
