Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, then slice them thinly.
- In a bowl, combine the vinegar and salt, and add cucumber slices to marinate for about 30 minutes.
- Drain excess liquid and pat cucumbers dry with a paper towel.
- Toss cucumber slices with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Arrange slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 1 to 2 hours or until crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let them cool before serving.
