Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly, then slice them thinly.
  3. In a bowl, combine the vinegar and salt, and add cucumber slices to marinate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Drain excess liquid and pat cucumbers dry with a paper towel.
