- 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed (110 grams)
- 3 tbsp heavy cream (at room temperature, 45 grams)
- 2 large eggs (at room temperature)
- 3 and 1/4 cups pecan halves
- 1/8 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉ (175℃) and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan with cooking spray and parchment.

- For the filling, beat eggs in a bowl. In a pot over medium heat, mix butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, and heavy cream until melted. Boil for 3 minutes, then temper the eggs with a bit of the mixture. Combine the rest back in and mix in pecans, salt, vanilla, and cinnamon.

- For whipped cream, whip cold heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until stiff. Serve bars topped with whipped cream and sea salt.
