Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and instant yeast. Allow it to sit for about 5 minutes, or until frothy.
- Add salt, olive oil, and flour, mixing until it forms a sticky dough.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Place your dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Spread the risen dough in a greased baking sheet, dimpling it with your fingers.
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle fresh herbs and sea salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
