Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 medium onion (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: bell peppers, carrots, or any other vegetables you like

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook the sliced sausage until browned.
  3. Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage and any optional veggies, cooking until wilted.
