- 1 small head of cabbage (shredded)
- 1 medium onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: bell peppers, carrots, or any other vegetables you like
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the sliced sausage until browned.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in shredded cabbage and any optional veggies, cooking until wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce, season with salt and pepper, and stir for another 2-3 minutes.
