Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1 (16.3 ounce can) Grands flaky biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly spray a muffin tin with cooking oil.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sausage until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the diced red bell pepper to the skillet, stirring for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  4. Mix in the Worcestershire sauce and cream cheese, stirring until the cream cheese melts.
  5. Remove from heat and fold in the shredded cheese and diced green onions.
  6. Separate each biscuit in half and press one half into each muffin cup to form a crust.
  7. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the sausage mixture into each biscuit cup, filling them fully.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
  9. Let cool for about 2-3 minutes before carefully removing from the muffin pan.
