Ingredients

- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- Shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the crescent dough flat onto a baking sheet.
- Scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat until just set.
- In the same skillet, cook the crumbled sausage until heated through.
- Mix the scrambled eggs and sausage together in a bowl, adding cheese if desired.
- Spoon the mixture evenly onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
- Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the point.
- Place the roll-ups seam side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Allow crescent dough to come to room temperature for easier rolling. Experiment with different meats and cheeses!
