Description

Quick and delicious Sausage Egg Breakfast Roll-Ups, perfect for busy mornings or leisurely brunches.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough flat onto a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a pan over medium heat until just set.
  4. In the same skillet, cook the crumbled sausage until heated through.
  5. Mix the scrambled eggs and sausage together in a bowl, adding cheese if desired.
  6. Spoon the mixture evenly onto the wide end of each crescent triangle.
  7. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end to the point.
  8. Place the roll-ups seam side down on the baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Allow crescent dough to come to room temperature for easier rolling. Experiment with different meats and cheeses!
