- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Cook the sausage links according to the package directions until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

- Take each slice of flattened bread and place a cooked sausage link at one end. Roll the bread tightly around the sausage.
- Dip each sausage roll-up into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are coated.
- In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, heat the butter or oil.
- Place the roll-ups in the skillet, seam-side down first. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
