Instructions
- Cook the breakfast sausage links until browned.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, and optional sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll a sausage link inside a slice of flattened bread.
- Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the roll-ups seam-side down for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Serve warm with maple syrup on the side.
