Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
  3. Toss in the ground beef, stirring it occasionally until it’s browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the chopped cabbage along with the ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
  5. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
