- 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.
- Toss in the ground beef, stirring it occasionally until it’s browned and cooked through.
- Add the chopped cabbage along with the ground cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together.
- Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve warm and enjoy!
