Description
A comforting one-pan dish combining fresh broccoli, savory chicken sausage, and cheese-filled tortellini, ready in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 11 oz chicken sausage, sliced
- 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 8 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red chili flakes for a spicy kick
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
- Toss the broccoli with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper directly on a sheet pan.
- Roast the broccoli for 10 minutes until bright green but still crisp.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF.
- In a bowl, combine the roasted broccoli with sliced chicken sausage, frozen tortellini, the remaining olive oil, and half of the parmesan cheese.
- Prepare your sheet pan by lightly coating it with olive oil, then pour your mixture evenly onto the sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until everything is melted and golden brown.
- Before serving, sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top for that extra cheesy touch.
Notes
Serve fresh with a salad or crusty bread. It can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and reheated safely.
