A hearty and satisfying one-pan meal featuring broccoli, chicken sausage, and cheesy tortellini, perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ lbs fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 11 oz chicken sausage, sliced
- 16 oz frozen cheese tortellini
- 8 oz grated parmesan cheese
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: red chili flakes for a kick
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400ºF.
- Toss the broccoli with minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
- Roast the broccoli for 10 minutes to achieve a bright green color and crunch.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450ºF.
- In a large bowl, combine the roasted broccoli, sliced chicken sausage, frozen tortellini, the remaining olive oil, and half of the parmesan.
- Grease the sheet pan with olive oil and spread the mixture evenly on it.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until melted and golden brown.
- Sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top before serving.
Notes
For best flavor, serve with a side salad or garlic bread. Leftovers can be refrigerated for 3-4 days or frozen in portions.
