Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil.
  2. Add the prepared shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain the shrimp immediately and transfer them to a bowl of ice water to halt cooking.
  4. Drain again after a couple of minutes and pat dry.
  5. Place the chilled shrimp on a platter over ice.
  6. Serve alongside cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.

Notes
