Description

A classic Italian appetizer featuring fresh tomatoes, garlic, and basil on toasted bread, perfect for gatherings or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 Fresh tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 4 slices Toasted bread
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Dice the fresh tomatoes and place them in a bowl.
  2. Mince the garlic and chop the basil, then add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix everything well and let it sit for a few minutes.
  5. Toast the bread until golden.
  6. Spoon the mixture onto the toasted bread and serve immediately.
