Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add softened butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until smooth and well combined.
