- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- Cooking spray
- Skull-shaped silicone molds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease the skull-shaped silicone molds with cooking spray.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and butter together, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the powdered sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs, egg yolks, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Fold in the flour and a pinch of salt until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared molds.
- Bake for about 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm, but the center is still soft.
- Let them cool for a minute before inverting onto a plate. Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Dust with powdered sugar, add whipped cream, or serve with ice cream for an enhanced presentation. Store in an airtight container and consume within two days at room temperature.
