  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 3 cups low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by trimming green beans, slicing onions, and mincing garlic.
  2. Layer the green beans, potatoes, onions, garlic, and bacon in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Give everything a good stir to combine.
